The CTA Digital IP-RS2 is worth $31.44 on Amazon. This price is not too steep and for this price, the product is not bad.

It can be quite loud if I want it to be and it docks the iPods well. One problem I had with this set was the volume buttons. Some of them had to be pressed quite hard to get them to respond. Also, when the iPod Photo 4G is paired with them it sometimes results in static sounds.
When I purchased this speaker, I wanted a speaker to give sound to a small area. The sound is not too bad, and not great either. I tried many different kinds of music - classical, rock, country, blues and it sounded decent with all these music types.

This system is built to provide good background music during parties and even when I turn up the volume it sounds pretty decent.

One problem with this system as with a lot of iPod accessories is incompatibility between different generations. This speaker - the CTA Digital IP-RS2 is incompatible with the second generation iPod Nano.

Other than the above problem, these speakers are quite decent and I will recommend them for the price at which they sell.
